Davis Event Space offers you multiple ways to celebrate your happily ever after! Our beautiful, historic wedding venue is one of the most affordable venues available in the Kansas City Metro area. We can accommodate both larger weddings without being overly crowded or smaller weddings wanting an intimate feel. Our wedding packages include full use of our entire venue (Davis Ballroom and Harlan Loft) and we help you plan and create the atmosphere you are wanting for your wedding day.


Davis Event Space is not only perfect as a wedding venue, but for celebrations and parties of any type, and is versatile enough to be a great setting for corporate meetings, office parties, proms, reunions, holiday events, and many more. Step inside the Davis Event Space and be transported back in time. Built in 1915 originally as The Davis Brothers Garage, the Davis Event Space showcases its rich history through exposed brick walls and original elevator gears repurposed into tables. The spacious ballroom has several windows throughout that provide stunning natural light making the Davis Event Space feel warm and inviting.

While embracing their historic roots, the Davis Event Space also provides modern amenities for seamless events. The first floor is ADA-accessible, ensuring that all guests can easily navigate the space. Custom made light fixtures with dimmable Edison lighting and custom-built bar gives the Davis Event Space ballroom an industrial chic feel. You can decorate as fancy as you want or as country as you want.


The day of the wedding was 93 degrees outside, but very cool 73 degree inside inside. Excellent parking.  Highly recommend it.

The venue is beautiful and they really care about you and your event.
